We use Payhip to handle our affiliate program. When you click the link to sign up, it will take you to Payhip’s website.

There, you’ll fill out your name and password to create an account. After you apply, we’ll look at your application for approval.

Once you’re approved, we’ll set up your commission rate and the products you can promote.

You’ll get an email letting you know when everything is ready to go!

We pay affiliate earnings through PayPal, so you’ll need a PayPal email to sign up. You’ll enter this information in your Payhip account.

Payouts are made 30 days after a sale is completed. All payments are made on the 15th of the month. We hold the commission for 30 days to make sure there are no refunds or chargebacks.

What happens if there’s a refund after 30 days?
If a customer gets a refund through their credit card after the payout, your affiliate account will show a negative balance. This means your next affiliate payment will subtract the refunded amount before you get paid.

If you make more than $600 dollars in affiliate commission in a calendar year, you will need to complete a W-9 per IRS regulations. We will let you know when you need to complete the form based on your earnings.

An affiliate link is something you share with your friends and family or on social media. It contains a special code unique to you. When someone clicks it and makes a purchase, it’s tracked back to you, and you get the commission for their sale.

When you share your special affiliate link, it places a small tracker called a "cookie" on the visitor’s browser. This cookie lasts for 30 days. If the person buys a product from our site within those 30 days, even if they don’t use your link again, you still get credit for the sale. This is a common way affiliate programs work, and we use a system that tracks the last link the visitor clicked on.

You’ll have two types of links you can share:

1. Your Affiliate Profile Page - This sends visitors to our store's homepage.

2. Product-Specific Links - These take visitors directly to a specific product page you want to promote.

Both work the same way with the 30-day cookie tracking!

You can manage your affiliate sales through your Payhip dashboard.

Once your application is approved, you will get access to our affiliate hub. Inside, you will find social media graphics, post templates, email templates, and other resources to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
